How to use teeth whitening strips
Use one pair a day for 7 days: that is the full course. The pack holds 14 treatments, so keep the remaining 7 pairs as maintenance top-ups to stop stains setting in again: one strip treatment once every 2 weeks after the course, or once a week if you drink a lot of coffee, tea or red wine, the same as the kit's top-up. At once every 2 weeks the 7 top-ups last about 14 weeks, so one pack covers a full course plus about three months of top-ups (about 7 weeks at once a week).
If you have just finished a course with the Advanced Kit, wait 2 weeks before starting a strips course, and the same the other way round.

SmilePro strips are formulated to be enamel safe and to help prevent sensitivity in healthy teeth. Use them exactly as directed and do not leave them on for longer than 30 minutes. If your teeth are already sensitive, or your gums are sore, speak to a dentist before you start, as there may be an underlying cause.
Who strips are not for
Do not use SmilePro strips if:
- you are under 18
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- you have gum disease, an oral infection or recent dental surgery
